My brother has unfortunately fallen for a scam letter from the above company and received an invoice. Trading Standards has told him to ignore it but he's now receiving more demanding letters
Plenty online about the scam and just to ignore the original letter but I'm struggling to find much info about what to do if you've received an invoice. Anybody on here got any experience? They're based in Hamburg if it makes any difference
