There are various programs (I'm rubbish, and have forgotten their names) where you can see, real time, what people are saying about your business. This is brilliant for medium sized and larger businesses.
i registered about 3 months ago, but have never been back
that all sounds good,especially the program that tells you what folk think about you! im following single track and most other bike biz's.
very interesting watching the usa shops speaking to their customers....
