Big jacket spud cut in half - check.
A whole tins worth of tuna to make the tuna mayo dumped on top of the spud - check.
Loads of grated cheese over the top of it - check.
3/4 of a tin of beans all over the top of that so it melts the cheese over everything - oh my, I'm drooling at the thought. Gonna call the missus and tell her to get the spuds in the oven so they're ready for when I get back from work tonight!

Nice one Ton!

you say potatoe i say potato

let's call the whole thing off.

Just got back from a trip to Chengdu which has some western delights in comparison to my tiny city, so for the first time since I left the UK three months ago I have Pizza, Starbucks and Curry in my body, various cheeses in my fridge and am happy to have a break from Sichuan food.

Nomtastic week coming up!
