Following many threads about drivers intimidating and using cars as weapons it seems one guy took it a bit further today.
I know a few people there and I'm glad their all safe.
My condolences to the families of those killed and badly injured.
I love that city and its the last possible place you would imagine such horror to happen.

Apparently the driver was mentally disturbed.
