The first images are upside down hiding the bottom shelf as it is at the top and you can't see the extra bars.
Photo shows it is the right way up with the mounting eyes at the top. They really wouldn't work well at the bottom.

Was £2.50 a side, now £1.79.
ad fails to mention that the sides are 40% smaller than last years.
