Is it a national thing or a local thing to us? Kids have found a few painted rocks with a message on the back saying "keep or rehide, please post on carmarthen rocks on fb"
Had a look and loads of people seem to be doing it.
Yeah, doing it at the park near us in E. Lancs.
National but think the novelty is dying off.

I didn't know this was a thing - but I was at Sutton Banks (North Yorks) a few weeks ago and someone had left a painted rock with the words "Truro Rocks" at the viewpoint - that explains it then!
Found a few around the Devils Punchbowl in Surrey a couple of weeks ago.

FFS... I've literally just got into fidget spinners, heelys, and minecraft.
Now it's all painted rocks, scooters, and fortnite...
