It's a lovely chap I sit next to at work, and he's run 10km a day for the last 100 days (well, he finished on Friday), despite heroic blisters and injury, and the delightful North Yorkshire weather.
So if you have a couple of quid you don't have a use for, send it (and healing/recovery vibes) his way.
