No alcohol/illicits involved. I just hit my foot and fell over in the most awkward way. Woke up this morning and my back aches and my neck is sore and stiff! How fricking stupid. And most uncomfortable!

Yeah but your left foot might have to mortgage your right due to the legal costs. Just avoid anything that makes you sneeze
