...or something that stores your passwords. Let's call it a Keychain Manager for example.

Trouble with Teleports, they are going be like fax machines.
Leaving the scanned original at the point of origin - TO BE EUTHANISED

A friend of mine had an 'IT Trainee' in her office back in the late 90s who was tasked with faxing out a press release to a couple of dozen numbers. Noticing the trainee was feeding the document in repeatedly and dialling she thought she'd help by pointing out that the document could be scanned once and then all the numbers entered in one go.

"its not working though - I'm still trying to send it to the first number on the list but the paper goes in then just comes straight back" - next to her was a pile of photocopies - she'd made each recipient their own copy.

Well I lost a bit of time reading that. Didn't like the bit about brain theory and data theory, as it seemingly fails to realise that data in the brain and the physical structure of the brain are inseperable, you can't take the 'data' out of someones brain and upload it to another without changing it's architecture - its a physical collection of neurons and connections.

..and central locking for my house.

More than once I've stood outside the house swearing at the door with the car beeper in my hand.
