Anyone else love this band? Give Up is one of my favourite albums, and they're reforming after 10 years to play it live again. Two UK dates - I've just got tickets to see em in Manchester in May. Anybody else planning to see them?

I thought you meant the cycling team, a Lance and Tyler comeback

Ah, but then I'd have posted it in the cycling forum cos I'm a stickler for the rules.

It was a great album. Sounds pretty dated now though.

If they came to my local club I'd go though. Just cos there haven't been many gigs those year. And my mate "forgot" to get the Dinosaur Jr tickets for Saturday, so I missed them ๐Ÿ™

i've found this long lost footage of them live, circa 1998. Awesome.

Dez, you missed an awesome gig, if the sweaty, loud Bristol gig was anything to go by!
Sorry to make you even more pissed off... ๐Ÿ˜€

There will be a "Sorry you were out" card through the door of the venue and it will all end in tears.

I had a cruel trick played on me by Iron & Wine and Frank Turner... Iron & Wine covered Such Great Heights, Frank Turner covered The District Sleeps Alone Tonight, both superb. So I went and bought Give Up, and... did not approve.

edit- and on that note, I'll just leave this here:

Amazing what some people think is a good idea.
