Does it have another name so I can walk into a shop and ask for it without the blushes and the awkward descriptive hand gestures; being that it's a stress relief aid.
Just to save time I started in a sex shop, they had heard of it but didn't know another name for it.

Yes yes that's the one. I tried 'head massager thingy' and got blank awkwardness.
