Anyone else going to watch this? A one-off showing of a documentary all about the history o the Nurburgring 😀

Trailer:

I'm going just to see the historic footage of the racers giving it the beans, might even have the cinema to myself!

Showing at some Odeons and UCI's.

Oh, darn.
Why a few cinemas only ?

I'd watch that, it has some mystery and awe that circuit.

Minimal release as it's done by a small production company, don't have the budget to pay for a big rollout. Did notice that the ticket is rather expensive (£13 😯 ) and that there's no adverts whatsoever before the film starts according to the booking site. Wouldn't have even known it was out if I hadn't seen it mentioned on JAonF1's website!

It was pretty good, not as much footage as I thought there would be and a few too many 'talking heads' than I like but for a low budget doc it was entertaining. They missed a trick by not showing a full fast lap, the Radical one would have been brilliant.

The cinema was nearly 3/4 full too, caught the staff out by surprise 😆
