Kung Fury.
If something is carefully crafted to be tongue in cheek, kitsch, ironic, retro whatever....can it really be "terrible but great"
Discourse.
I don't know, but Kung Fury is brilliant. Triceracop should have his own spin off. The Penitentiary films, basically blaxploitation Rocky are definitely in so bad it's good territory. Not sure if they are classed as B movies though. Slugs and Ankle Biters are both kinda amusing.
cockneys v zombies
Any of the Troma films will fit the bill.
Does Ginger Snaps qualify as a B-movie?
Black sheep
Cannibal the musical
Dead snow
Anthing Troma
CougarDoes Ginger Snaps qualify as a B-movie?
Low budget film about a girl turning into a werewolf during her time of the month - pretty much defines b movie doesn't it.
Not sure its B Movie enough, but I love Trollhunter.
Inbred was filmed in Thirsk where i live. There was outrage when it was announced,
Death Proof I like.
Gladiator Cop is my favourite B movie. utter rubbish with pointless scenes but an excellent post pub watch
Come on you lot... Nearly at the end of page 2 and no Basket Case?!
Man Bites Dog is hilarious, assuming you like your humour very very dark.
Wasn't there a sequel to Bad Taste which was slightly more mainstream?
You're probably thinking of BrainDead.
Watched Bubba Ho-Tep last night, excellent. Thanks for the hints ๐
Tucker and Dale Vs Evil is superb fun
Pig face has it all of the trim and films would fit the bit. Chopper Chicks in Zombie Town and Terror Firma are two of my favourites. Most of them are on the Troma YouTube channel too.
I saw a decent one a couple of years ago with zombies and strippers, but I can't remember what it was called.
War of the Worlds - the original - with Ronald Reagan NOT the Z movie with Tom Cruise in it!
Thread should have ended with Tremors.
Greatest B movie ever made.
Anyone remember Q-The Winged Serpent?
Basket Case.
B movie horror at its finest, and not for the faint-hearted !
I'm not sure it counts as a B movie but Galaxy Quest is excellent.
Tucker and Dale Vs Evil is superb fun
Yes! And whilst you're at it, The Cabin in the Woods.
Was Hard Boiled a B Movie? It was very good...
DickBartonWas Hard Boiled a B Movie?
At the time it was a massive movie (by Hong Kong standards) with it's two biggest stars and a superstar director. So I would say no. But you're right, awesome film.
John Dies at the End ๐
Dark Star
There's nothing terrible about Dark Star. It's brilliant.
Really random British film where i've yet to meet anyone else that's ever seen it:
Christie Malry's own double entry, just sounds wrong until you realise it's basis is in accounting, where he uses the principles of the double-entry system to settle his owns scores with various people in increasingly violent ways, starred a young Nick Moran, always remember it being surprisingly good

I'm not sure if it fits with B movie due to some of the cast, but Earth Girls are Easy is IMO just an absolute classic of what i consider to fit in with what he wants... funny.
Oh, how about Bad Boy Bubby.
Hell comes to Frogtown
Nazi Zombies 1 & 2
