Yellow helmets is a new idea for the leading team to wear, bit silly but not compulsory I think, Should be the yellow jersey who wears a yellow helmet.
Agreed, the aero version looks worse, nodder material.
They were for being in the lead in the team classification, they're back to normal at the moment, apart from Wiggins whose lid now matches his jumper. Apparently it's an ASO thing, all but two teams agreed to wear them on signing up. RSNT have the lead now, but they were one of the teams that refused and they're looking pretty unassailable in the team competition, so Sky are probably going to be the only ones who end up looking daft in yellow helmets.

Yeah, they just look really daft with the black and blue Sky kit. Didn't realize it was just a team leader thing!
Wiggo seems to have matching yellow oakleys.
Shame really it made them much easier to spot from the helicopter and pack shots - especially Cav in the white top.
