Five pepper pork and cous cous parcels.
If you are in Tescos, look for chargrilled vegetable cous cous (Tescos finest) and British five pepper pork loin. Add a splash of vinegar and coarse ground black pepper to taste to the cous cous. Dollop a spoonful on a piece of pork and wrap over. Watch out for spillages, but I challenge you to tell me it isn't delicious.
Oh and half a tub of cous cous = 10.8g fat 220kcals. One slice of pork = 1g fat, 22kcals. Fair enough there will be a bit of salt though.
