Me and the missus went to Tate Modern about a month ago and there was a section on a guy, I believe he was Swiss? Interesting and want to learn more about him!
He gave lectures/Q and A's and seemed quite the free thinker...
for the life of me I can't remember his name and searching is proving futile!
help!

Hat thing makes me think Joseph Beuys, but he was German. Tate Modern usually has pretty much a whole room devoted to Beuys.

Interesting guy. His motivation for making the art he did is pretty much unique AFAIK.
