Gutted I missed this; having a belly full of beer and going to bed at 4:30am meant I was never going to be safe to drive in the morning (I did get up at 8am to see if I was going to be okay - I definitely wasn't).

No, I was just surprised to suddenly come across a huge gaggle of riders when I'd seen nobody else all day. Then I recalled something on the forum about it.
I would normally have joined in, but was in a bit of a grump yesterday.
I got up just in time to get the train over to find out it was a rail replacment bus service!!! 🙁
look like a good turn out, I'll pop along to the next one for definate.
