An avalanche of objections has greeted plans to build a Christmas theme park in Swinley Forest.
The ‘multi-million pound Christmas event’ is the latest venture for Mike and Alison Battle, whose original Lapland attraction in Kent – where tickets cost up to £250 for a family of four – went into administration in 2010.
I know the story is a couple of weeks old, but I've been on holiday, so sorry if it's been done already.
Doesn't seem like a great idea on a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
