Scrambled eggs from my chooks, mushrooms, slice of black pudding. Large amounts of espresso.

Appalling pepper distribution Mr Barnes!

Bacon, sausage, scrambled, toast, mushrooms, espresso and an OJ and grapefruit juice combo. Best thing ever!

Protein pancakes and a Fats me up smoothie.

I've discovered the Lean in 15 book and, as a lazy single bloke, it now makes me appear to actually be cooking.

I had porridge, followed by some Crunchy Nut clusters, washed down with protein/ carb shake and mugs of tea. Sorted me for a rapid road ton plus. Just heading to whethespoons, now feeling very mellow and wanting burrito and IPA.

Mrs g-d cooked porridge both days this weekend.

Nice dollop of golden syrup and set up for the morning along with two mugs of tea which each only got half drunk ๐Ÿ™ due to loading the slow cooker up with jerk marinaded chicken. ๐Ÿ™‚

Not so much breakfast, as it was about 2 o'clock, but was the first meal of the day as we were out on the piss last night for a mates birthday so massive hangover munchies but me and my good lady got through 5 McDonalds double cheeseburgers, 4 mozzarella sticks and a milkshake.

Each.

Protein pancakes

I have to ask - what is the filling in a protein pancake?

Anyway I was away with the lads for the weekend. So, cereal, bacon, sausage, egg, beans and mushrooms, toast.
