been on a serious diet for a month now, with good results...1 stone off.
for the past week i have been getting terrible gripeing/cramping pain in my stomach or just lower than my sternum.
it feels like someone is gripping/squeezing it tight and then it releases and the pain eases.
as soon as i eat something it goes away, then returns a couple of hours later.
i am eating a small amout of food every two hours the take the gripeing away.
any ideas anyone??
sounds like it's acid related to me have you tried Gaviscon and did it have a positive effect?
Might be worth a trip to the GP's.
That does sound like heartburn - second gaviscon or similar to relieve the symptoms but I'd go to the doctor if I were you just to be sure.
i dont think it is acid, no reflux or burping or wind.
very uncomfortable tho.
Burping or wind aren't necessary. Or reflux.
