Got some exterior lights I want installing by my front door.
One came round I found on Checkatrade - very pricey.
Contacted 3 others - 2 not responded and 1 gave some flannel that equated to 'not enough money in it to even come round to have a look guv'. Bloody buggers.
Long shot but can anyone in this area recommend a reliable sparky who can be arsed to at least quote?

Contacted 6...one came round and quoted.
Another eventually responded to say he'd be back in touch about coming round to have a look...didn't, so I chased him and he said he was 'on a job for a few weeks'. Basically a polite **** off, not interested.
The other 4 haven't even responded. Fair enough if you're busy but at least reply to say that.
One day you won't be busy and wish you'd lot let those missed opportunities go begging!
