[#10479151]

Too much moaning about people's beliefs, how lazy/busy teachers are and then there's something about Brexit.

So something light-hearted is needed. Get spotting how many sci-fi related characters, ships and such like you can spot.

Ok I'll play, Black hole (1979), original star trek, next generation and deep space 9, star wars all over the shop, men in black, battle star galactic, blade runner, mork and Mindy, Babylon 5 and I reckon Dr who bottom right plus tardis at the top. Then there's the tiny robots that saved the apartment block from demolition. Planet of the apes and ET.

Batteries Not Included. They rebuilt the apartment after it was destroyed anyway.

Recognize a lot but I don't know names to most characters.

Some of the ships I recognize are

Battlestar Galactica, Viper fighter
Moya Farscape
Starwars Mellennium Falcon, Star Destroyer, Deathstar, X Wing, Nebulon Frigate
Space 99 Eagle
Buck Rogers Fighter
Star Trek Dicovery,Enterprise, Voyger, Borg Cube, old Klingon Warbird,Defiant, Romulan
Alien ship from Alien
Firefly Serenity
2001 Space Odyssey Discovery One

Yep I like shitty sci-fi TV 🙂

Just noticed Red Dwarf Starbug, Star Wars Shuttle,War of the Worlds from the 50's film and what looks like the Taxi from 5th Element also a Star Trek shuttle.

Star Wars was pretty much the only SciFi that interested my a s a kid, although I would certainly Battlestar Galactica characters as well. I wasn’t a fan of DC, but if someone did a Marvel Universe version of the above, I suspect I could ace it.

This has sparked a memory from my childhood and it's going to drive me nuts.
I had two posters by the same artist ( i think)
One was a very busy pirate battle between two ships with many comic elements including the occasional nose being lobbed off, the other was an underwater scene.
And now of course I won't rest until i see it again, can anyone else remember it?

Aha, never mind found it..

K9 is in the bottom left corner under the bar, the Mars Attacks girl is in the far middle near the glass doors.

And that silly character that IIRC played alongside Lee Majors in a kids sci-fi programme in the 80's, it used to say Biddly biddly or something like..

I can't find Marvin the Android, or Keanu Reeves as The Matrix man.. nor Lee Majors as Steve Austin the Six Million Dollar Man.. nor Arnie....
