Me? Im at work in Australia, I have a helicopter to catch in 3 hours time to Broome, then a flight from Broome to Perth, followed by a flight to Doha, then to London, then a train to Darlington. Then a taxi to sunny North Yorkshire.
Whats your excuse? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Jeez, I get up at 7 and if I'm not in asleep before 11 it's a struggle to get out of bed

2am is pretty normal. Once in a while I'll be tired enough to fall asleep before midnight, but 5-6 hours per night (I don't need to get up til 9am!) is pretty normal these days.

It's a bike shop, but it still may not open until 10, so can't see why there's a link between getting up early and success!
