ha ha - its a 301 with the 160mm plates on the rear, set relatively slack and my fat ass on it - making it look incredibly slack - perfect for a very hot day in the Peaks 🙂

i sneaked off to the bathroom last night to tend to my facial garden and decided i'd keep the tache...had to do some intricate trimming to get it to the shape i was happy with...Mrs G saw my handiwork and didnt say anything...

We went upto the Velodrome last night and hora jnr rode the outdoor BMX/pumptrack. He fell off numerous times but wouldn't stop (not even to go to the toilet and pee'd himself/still carried on) FFS 😀
