After spending a lot of time etc on the shed, I thought I should keep the Mrs happy, so new vanity constructed. Wood, 70mm thick. Last a thousand years that will.

And I had to "relieve" the window sill for the tap, still nothing round here is "underbuilt".

What's with the old persons' home towel radiator? 😉

EDIT: Why didn't you take some depth off the sill rather than cutting a hole in it????

Is that a nouvella basin?
I've just done a semi recessed one into a solid walnut top, nuova wc and room done in travertine, walls and floor. Looks gorgeous
