After struggling to get hold of a smart turbo trainer last month I've setup a website that checks stock and prices across a number of online retailers and will send you an alert when they come back into stock.
It currently covers Wahoo and Tacx smart trainers & smart bikes but open for ideas on other hard-to-find cycling gear to monitor - send me a message from the site with any suggestions.

Wattbike Atom.
Tri Sport Resort (Wiggle's ebay returns shop); don't know how feasible it would be to include this as it's eBay only.
