Having hired my first employee, I believe I need to set up a pension plan and enrolment. Any recommendations on pension plans, ideally that plug easily into Xero?

Have a look at Nest - the Government approved one. I was on that for a few years and it was a small company (6 of us). Seemed to be easy to operate and is simple enough for the employees too.

I use the Nest one, simple to use and no issues so far.
