Having issues with Sky and an installation upgrade to Sky+HD. The call center won't let you make a complaint. You have to email or write.
The postal address is a PO box number. They will not give out their phone number and the call center say it is impossible for them to make internal contact!!
Shoddy. Shoddy. Shoddy.
Has anyone managed to bypass this deliberate policy by getting a phone number or a direct email address?
I would cancel my contract if I could get Eurosport elsewhere.
