goon, as an ex Fleet Air Arm helicopter mechanic, can i just say that Lynx is incredibly well detailed.

Cheers wee-al. For some reason I've only just seen your comment. Nice to have work validated by someone in the know.

Not Airfix... but my army grows.

All because my Dad said when I was kid if you look after the British Waterloo Officer he would buy me the regiment.

I did, but 30 odd years later I still had'nt got my regiment. Then Ebay came along Mmmm. So I started doing the recruiting myself ๐Ÿ™‚

The plastic legion is still growing...

The original soldier is the faded one.

Just a bump to bring this back to life.

My Typhoon has remained unfinished in the box for 11 months. If I get some spare time this week I may actually get it done!

Did anybody else get any models for Christmas?

Nope but i have been working on a Revell 1:32 sea lynx - like the one above by goon - for some time. May even finish it soon. Won't be to that standard though. Requires a serious airbrush job mind

I have a Revell Ford Focus WRC that I have just found again after 4-5years, took it out the box then realised why it was unfinished, it only came with 3 wheels. ๐Ÿ™

Let's get this thread going properly. My christmas project was a Sea Vixen, which had been gathering dust for about 8 yrs since I last built a model.
