I'd like to get the kids Lego dimensions on the wii u but see all uk sources are out of stock.
Are games region coded? Can I ship from the US and pay the import tax?

From a quick google the Wii u is region locked.

If you can get the base set from the uk, might just be a case of setting up notifications on Tesco direct/amazon/ play-asia etc..or this one from Germany will work:
As for the basic lego dimension sets any of them should work its just the original software, I have Amiibo from japan, austrailia and US all work fine on the Wii u.
