Shill bidding is where you bid for a friend to up the buying price. Not a last minute bid that wins it low?
checked a number of items and have all been won buy the same buyer/s for a low price, 160446256435 160446259433 a couple of examples?
The winner bidder has bought quite a bit from parker (and in different sizes) but the rest of their history looks genuine
