been doing a clear out and come across a few things and wondering if there is any point me ebaying them.

a 250meg usb zip drive, with the size of pen drives surely no one want something that small?
Old phones, i think giving to charity is probably the best option?
a used but boxed 20th aniversary Sony Walkman,

So worth selling or just bin them?

Most primary schools have a phone recycling/reuse scheme where they get decent cash for a working phone with charger.

Ebay the zip drive; some places need them for spares.
