Should work. Just tested mine with some polarising filter and it is polarised. I'm not cutting it up though.

Its not secret if anyone else is wearing glasses with polarised lenses.

I was thinking STW at work, but I don't often masturbate furiously at it.
And you need to keep your head dead straight, if you tilt to either side the screen will appear to get darker.
