This forum needs a 'like' button for moments like this. A salt beef bagel from brick lane is in the top ten of things I miss about living in London.
It's been many many years since I was there when my then girlfriend was studying at QMW but I can confirm that they are truly wonderful things.
When I walked in there first time I wondered what all the fuss was about.
But it deserves it's legendary status. Not least for the random crowd and weird 3am conversations...
It's the one-off places like that which make London ace to live in
