[Closed] Sacral Torsion

So I got to the bottom of my knee pain. The Doc/Physio diagnosed my knee pain as being caused by a Sacral Torsion back in the spring. I had some physio, did some stretching and all seemed hunky dory - but after a few months and a long drive back from the West Coast of Scotland to Lincolnshire the Torsion, knee pain etc was firmly back in play.

Has anyone had a Sacral Torsion, and did it becomes a complete pain in the arse? I mean it is literally a pain in the posterior - and oddly a pain in my left knee!! But does it require some kind of Orthopaedic solution?

I need some hope that this is not the beginning of the end!!
