Indeed, that would have been even better.

He's under pressure this week, and I reckon a good display from Sharples wont help Ashton.

Seen Ena a few times at Kingsholm and he is very good, bit on the short side but can find the line. Scamper will be happy.

Oh yeah... oops. Busy morning! ๐Ÿ™‚

Bright start, though. North breaking tackles with ease.

Italy good in defence so far, but can they keep it up?

Would prefer to put points on the board rather than the going for the try.

Italy may be putting the tackles in but they're playing very poorly indeed. Certainly their worst performance of the 6N so far.
The 10 is like an Italian version of andy Goode, they're gifting penalties, scrummagging very poorly, line outs are shocking and can't keep hold of the ball.
WtF is bergamasco doing on the wing?

Good work from Italy. But, I still think the barrage of runners, and the amount of tackling they're having to make will start to hurt them.

If Italy are so bad then Wales aren't much better otherwise they would be in the lead by much more?

Italy defending very well, I mean it's all they're doing, but they're doing it well.

It was dreadful. Soft turnover followed by allowing the welsh back line to run at a flanker and a hooker. What was the full back tryin to do?
Bergamasco looks like he's had too much red meat ๐Ÿ˜€

I've just worked it out...Has anybody ever seen A-A and Jonathan "Cyclops" Davies in the same room? The beeb shouldn't allow commentators to cover their home country.

Dunno why the crowd are booing. Mind you it would seem if you didn't mean it,it shouldn't count according to JD.

Clancy = male chicken.
Bergamasco, as above.
That was just a yellow, but only just.

Errr....no he didn't; yer man barely left the ground and took out a player in the air.

Hang on! How can you be in the Millennium commentary box and posting on STW at the same time?

Sorry mate, I think your wrong there.
"Jiffy" can spoil almost any game he commentates at.
I'd rather he's this one than have to put up with him later, really looking forward to that game.
Now if you'd said " The beeb shouldn't allow cyclops within a mile of a microphone..."

"ref's being consistent- Wales penalty : ref's being picky -Italian penalty"
