Is Willis on the wing?

Not sure, I thought they said Tompkins was now on the wing.

Seems strange you can jump into someone’s face and they concede the penalty.

You are allowed to jump to catch the ball but I don't know what else 1/2 could have done? dived out of the way?

I’m giving up drinking beer with the rugby. I could have sworn I heard Jonathon Davies use the words Scotland and good in the same sentence!!

You lot, honestly, I've seen wales win from here so many times. It is still anyone's game. Good game for a neutral.

Not enough mitigation? You charge in like that then its always going to at risk of a red

Fagerson changes his line as the welsh player moves away, to stay on him, its red to me. (Seen in comparison to the Irish red last week)

It was already going Wales way before the red.

I feel a bit sorry for Fagerson, but ruck clean-outs are dangerous. If we are serious about player protection and head contact you can’t argue “He had to hit him as he was on the ball” as the commentator said.

If his shoulder hit his head with force ( it did) its a red.

the question to me is not so much whether intended or not, but with increased emphasis on player protection when going in for that sort of challenge the player has to consider what happens if it goes wrong / what will it look like. Sport's about decision making and he made a wrong decision that created the possibility of the offence.

Well we saw it last week, so its clear that contact like that is not allowed. No sympathy from me.

Wales were immense, they were gonna win that anyway, regardless of the red. Really good game that.

It will be typical Wales to get a Grand Slam out of this. Personally I don’t give a stuff about Championships decided on who puts the most points on Italy
