I've just treated myself to some uber nice Blanton Single Barrell Bourbon, Gold edition. It followed a tasting session at a mates a month ago. I could have quite fancied the Silver which was just amazing, but decided that 60 quid was all I wanted to spend for this treat. Silver is 120+.
Other than the usual Jack D and Jim B or makers mark or woodford, what obscure but lurvely bourbons should I try?
