Got a few journeys coming up abroad and I'd like to have some films to watch on my ipad. Any recommendations for MTB, snowboard and surf? I prefer the exploration/freeride side of things rather than comps and tricks. Ideally I'd like not to have to spend a tenner on each one too...

Riding Giants if you've not already seen it a million times. It's a surf film for the s****er at the back.
"Crossing the Ice"
Ill prepared Aussies ski-trekking in the antarctic. That's a great film. You should definitely find that one.
I've seen Deeper and Further so Higher is on the wishlist and I will check out the others thanks. I've seen Riding Giants, but it was a while a go.

As scuttle said, Riding Giants, and also Dogtown and Z Boys are both brilliant
"Steep" is a great watch - history of extreme skiing. Got my copy packaged in a twin pack with "Blizzard of Aaaahs" 🙂

Would you consider wakebaording? "Snap" is a cracking film, albeit a bit old now, with a great soundtrack.
