As per the title really. Looking for a decent gaming keyboard, mainly for Skyrim, Dragon Age and the like but also so Bioshock and Half Life 2.
Needs to be decent to do actual typing and stuff on it also.
Budget up to £70 ish.
Any suggestions?
My son is a heavy duty gamer and his latest keyboard is a Steelseries 6GV2

Fits into your budget too 😀
Thanks Trevor
I did see that and it looks very good. My only slight reservation it's that apparently a couple of the more esoteric character keys' are in a non standard position and these happen to be used when writing code and I don't know if I would find that annoying.
Also they have seen fit to swap out the left Windows key with a custom defined one and it is the left one I use.
Will try and have a play with one in PC World to see if I could cope with it for non-gaming use.
Corsair Raptor K50 if you want the extra gaming keys on the side (also useful for macros in spreadsheets and such), comes in on budget. K40 is the slightly cut down version with less macro keys and the K30 has red LED backlight only (others are fully programmable).
All rubber dome, if you want mechanical that's more money again.

I have a Corsair K70 brown switch version, fitted with o-rings. Top notch quality thing, metal body and decent weight to it.

I also have a K70 blue switch version new in the box which I was bought for christmas erroneously and it was too late to send it back. I'm up for selling that one 😉
