Just bought some nice cold rare roast beef for lunch. Made a sandwich and put some mustard on.It was nice enough but it was definitely a 'ham' mustard, not a 'beef' mustard.
Apart from the obvious Colman's French, can anyone recommend me a good beef mustard.
p.s. while I'm a big fan of horseradish, when I want mustard only mustard will do.
Colman's made from powder, of course, not in a jar.
Or, make your own Tewkesbury Mustard. Mix a little horse[s]rubbish[/s]radish in to some Colman's.
What Woppit said. KISS
Coleman's English is a ham mustard.

Why's it got a picture of a moo-cow on it then? Eh? Eh?
colemans english is awesome on beef.
Why does 'beef mustard' make me s****?
Horseradish sauce
beef mustards? ham mustards? Just get some colemans on it, goes great with anything... i've even had just plain mustard sandwiches with it when the fridge has been a bit bare ๐
Beef custard is nicer.
PMJ, you're thinking of curtains.
"Why's it got a picture of a moo-cow on it then? Eh? Eh?"
Its got a picture of a Moo-cow on it because the cows name is Coleman. Does nobody read mint sauce any more
I thought Mint Sauce was generally a lamb thing
Thats right, Mint Sauce is a sheep but his riding buddy, Coleman is definitely a cow. Hence the cow on a Colemans jar of mustard no?
Mustard?
There IS only one isn't there?
