Making fudge brownie and the recipe is asking for 150mg of Fructose.
Wife couldn't find any in Tesco.
Any advice on suitable substitutes?
Pics of finished of Brownie will be supplied to any helpful forumite? Just cause I'm a nice guy! ๐

150mg is nothing 0.15g so you could probably leave it out. In fact, how are you even going to measure that? You'd need a fairly accurate balance!
Normal sugar will work. It's slightly less sweet per weight. So you may need to add some more.
