how do we get more wimming into riding? my wife doesn't enjoy riding the full suss i bought her from ASDA and its infuriating having to wait for her at the top of each climb, i've bought her a helmet and she just doesn't seem to want to come riding with me and my mates!

In all seriousness folks the best thing we can and should do this weekend is get out on our bikes and indeed put the Heart back into STW and get our own hearts pumping again.

You know Ive met some great people on STW. Loads since 02. One who I could ****ing strangle sometimes (stopa) 😉
99.9% seem better folk than me. Im quite unreliable sadly. Some struggle, some thrive but most are folk Id choose to have a pint with.
The odd ones are abit strange but thats 1 in a 100 I reckon.
In my local pub I can talk to complete strangers and find kinship, 5 pubs up or down not a chance.
STW is like that pub.
