I've heard it rumoured that some people have jobs where apparently you can't wear your old band T-Shirt to work day, every day. They should do so tomorrow

For the rest of us I suspect its business as usual ๐Ÿ˜€

So what you wearing then?

Nuclear Assault was the loudest gig I've ever been to, Hummingbird late 80'/early 90s its all a blur.

Ooh i forgot that was this week. Sure I can find something appropriately inappropriate to wear (though sadly it'll have to be under a grown up shirt, thus defeating the point a bit).

I think Motor Head was the loudest I've been to, seen them about 5 times in the 80s.

Not with jumper bumps.

And with it tucked in properly, bloody scruffs.

Just add a Tie, that'll make all the difference.

I was going to wear this

[img] [/img]

then I saw what it's going for on ebay

http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-IRON-MAIDEN-88-SEVETH-SON-OF-A-SEVENTH-SON-WORLD-TOUR-T-SHIRT-1988-M-/350618786902

I think I might dig that suitcase of old t-shirts out of the loft...

Good gravy.

Mind you, that's not "what it's going for", it's what's being asked for. I could list a chocolate peanut for a hundred quid, doesn't mean it's worth that.

What a Treat if it is though.

Is that where they're getting all the tee-shirts from, all the old revellers?

As a t-shirt and combats or shorts are my everyday work wear, I often have old band or bike tees on, currently wearing a '96 Malvern Classic tee. I might have a look for a classic, but my really old ones are too small now, like my Eddie & the Hot Rods or Radio Stars tees, and my Thin Lizzy Black Rose tour tee. Might wear my Hole, or Babes In Toyland, or possibly one of my Curve shirts.
Then there's several Metallica tour shirts to choose from... ๐Ÿ˜€

I'm not working on site tomorrow but I am going to a funeral at midday. Just trying to think which old T-shirt will be most appropriate. "Wish You Were Here" might be good.

I guess you're the sort of person who agrees with Daily Mail op-ed features that maintain that all men after their mid-twenties should start wearing suits and ties, or casual slacks, brogues, and a check shirt with a cardigan over the top.
Well, frankly, my dear, I don't give a toss what you think.

Had a dig through my old tees, and it's going to be this one, (sorry about the crappy photo):

I was thinking about wearing my FNM Angel Dust shirt, but I haven't worn the Soundgarden one in ages, and it seems appropriate, seeing as how they're back with a new album. ๐Ÿ˜€
