I just got contacted by a recruiter who is looking for staff to work for a hosting company in Southampton. He is looking for:
Windows/Linux Support, Networking guys, Data Centre / Server build guys, sales, customer service
Not much to go on but if you're interested drop me a line and I'll pass on his details.

Thanks for the mention Juan but I have final interview on Thursday for Tech Director role. If that misses I will check it out. Sounds like a lot of different roles he is trying to fill though.
WCA - By the sounds of it there's a senior role as well. I didn't ask much about it as I don't need a job myself right now but from what I understand you'd need to send a CV this week. Not on any finders fee though 🙂
