Someone recently described Grayson as “Rod Hull lookalike”, which amused.
Thought he looked like a middle aged Tom Baker at the ceremony near the end 😀

I've no idea, I'm still not 100% convinced that he's not a performance art project.
DD is a performance art project. Exploring the disconnect and connect between the wide Essex landscape, the middle class perception (indeed conception) of "the wide boy" and the confines of big city life as exemplified by London.
Grayson Perry on the other hand is a mountain biking legend who throws clay, shaping and reshaping and misdirecting our ideas of art, manhood and what it means to be from Essex.
I loved this. Had some bad news yesterday, was in bits by the end of watching it.
Grayson Perry is a legend. Thoughtful and generously intelligent, I love the way he sees the world.
Rod Hull lookalike? I always thought Rod looked like Camilla PB but then so does Perry.
