Not an advert, it's not worth the postage so I've put it on local FB buy-sell group.
I've powerwashed as per instructions, is that sufficient for selling it to a stranger? Internet seems to suggest so but you lot know everything.
Reiterate, not an advert unless you're in Guildford in which case it's on the buy-resell FB page there.

Should be all you need. Just check there's no files left in the file manager thing.... Really shouldn't be.
