Was he ripping on your detective skills?
LOL no but he was ripping on something, I can't exactly remember what. I think it was related to psychometric testing IIRC.
I don't think I can do that really
No I'm pretty sure you can't! 😯

And a lovely chap that lived in Bamford (keith I think) whose forum name escapes me.
Where is McMoonter?
In Fife doing more interesting things.
Sort of related- anyone heard how Bullheart is doing?
I loved the brief appearance of Flapjackie. Her only ever post got deleted although doubt she really existed. Was one of the funnier posts on here.
The one person I truly miss every day though both in real life and on here was Chris_db. A wonderful gent who sadly passed away earlier this year and is the person who got me back into biking and also introduced me to STW. Wasn't the most prevalent poster but was always happy to offer advice. Very missed by a lot of folk.

I had to look back, but that thread wasn't deleted.
haha, was it not? i thought it had been binned when 'she' went into details of her condition 🙂

(29 posts on that thread but an additional 70 which were deleted, the version I'm looking at runs to three pages...)
Louisa-aka-Bliggy and Mike-aka-BigMike.
(I may have got the names wrong) So much teen angst, didn't Mike grow up to be a normal adult and is still on here? I don't think Louisa actually had a bike?
Ah, TSY... *sigh* 😆 wonder if he still has the jacket...
Crispybacon
Its his birthday today, donchaknow
wonder if he still has the jacket...
It was suede wasn't it? 😀
I've FB'd him to let him know he can come back, although IIRC, the last time I tried to broker his coming in from the cold, he received no reply to his apology e-mail.
Yeah, I explained this earlier.
We'd had a discussion, and it'd been agreed that he could return. However, it would seem that everyone assumed that someone else would let him know, and so no-one actually told him.
Still, it was only three years ago. 😳
Ah sorry, I didn't catch that post. Anyway, I've let him know.
2005 was the best time, ah jumpers for goalposts
Rogerthecat. He's the lovely chap that I couldn't remember the name of.
mastiles_fanylion was decent, and some sport was to be had if you could get him to bite on a graphic design thread.
What happened to him though?
What happened to him though?
Corpsed.
What happened to him though?
I think he got bored of people trolling him.

Myheadsashed. Still around?
Don't miss that Fred bloke, he was a bit odd, got upset about something I said and emailed me direct, think it might be me taking the piss out of him riding on pavement steps illegally 😯 (unsolicited so straight to spam, I mean who really expects some kind of debate/apology/reasoning with somebody you don't know?)

+1 and then some.
Surprised this wasn't the first mentioned. Decent bloke when dealing with him on ebay. RIP.
Talking of those passed:
Messiah, the destroyer of more bikes than I've personally owned (and that's a few). He walked it like he talked it. Knew him more in real life than on here though.
And that luthier guy, I think it was jahwomble?
Both missed still. very sad.
MrSmith - Bliggy did not own a bike. I think she might be a lawyer now...
Well, funny how things turn out...
Fruit.....
ChrisL - MemberI've heard that TJ continues to read the forum and may occasionally supply certain users with his opinions and/or evidence to back up their arguments.
Facebook messages in the night...
TJ, SFB, Fred.
I'm sure there are others but they're the ones which spring to mind.
There was a young lad setting the world alight (by his own measure), kind of like a love child of hora and GW: moonshine, I think he was.
Might well be on here still, probably more 25 now than 15. His posts were brilliant at the time. 🙂
Edit. He was LukeB latterly, wasn't he?
Midlandstrailquestgraham (?) was always good for stories of how he kept breaking bike parts
I miss TJ's gloriously misplaced optimism about Scottish rugy. Can we have him back please? With a restriction to threads that are not about helmets or politics? Go on, you know it makes sense.

Well there you go. Luckily my 15 year old self (and view of the world) was never online 🙂
The "650b really brings the trails alive" guy.
Can't remember his name, just the abuse he got anytime he popped up on a thread.
Pussywillow (remember the 'serps' thread?)
Bikeind (650b makes the trails come alive...)
I suspect they may have been GW creations
Anybody heard from iDave? Nah, didn't think so.
Oh, and realman, partly for the ribbing he got for his sales 'tactics', mainly for the tdf threads

Cross any lines? How so?
Anybody heard from iDave? Nah, didn't think so.
On holiday, I think.
He coaches colouring in.
