When in Rome act like a S****horpe
...only it doesn't actually say "S****horpe".
It's from a play by a British (fairly sure) playwright. I remember seeing it at the Bush in Shepherd's Bush in the late 80's/ early 90's. But I'm buggered if I can remember what the play was.
Any ideas?
Ta very much.
it's very difficult to google for a phrase when all you have is ***
Damn, I have edited the post so you get the idea.
Google didn't get the results for me, if it does for you then you are clearly a Googlemeister. Maybe someone else who saw it remembered the rather spiffing line?
heh. that might just help... see if my google-fu comes up
greyspoke - beats me, I've been trawling all over the place. My google-fu is weak
I got 2 hits, one of which suggests the play is called "Friends, Romans and C**trymen" but there is no confirmation of that - maybe it rings a bell?
No that wasn't the play TN, thanks guys. Maybe I should find a forum for theatre buffs.
My google-fu leads me to believe it comes from a porn film.
Either Private gold or Private gladiator, I shut down the screen as soon as it popped up, so to speak. So yes, you might well relate it to Bush.
