my 11 year old son is mad for one (stomp) i don’t have a clue about them .

Do you have somewhere legal to ride it?
Does he he want to get into doing events or just ripping around?

Good fun, but where are you going to use it? Do you have tracks near you or a mate with a farm?
Also check the cost of helmet, boots, gloves etc.
